Out of hours and emergency services

At Equus Vets, the equine department of North Park Veterinary Group, we are committed to providing horses, ponies and donkeys with comprehensive emergency veterinary care, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

Our out-of-hours emergency service is provided by our own dedicated team of equine veterinary surgeons, ensuring continuity of care and expert support whenever your horse needs us.

If you have an emergency between 5.30pm – 8.30am please dial our office line 01837 214004 and press option 2 for our out of hours service. You will then be transferred to our answering service, who will then put you in contact with the duty vet.

Our service operates on the same telephone number 24hrs a day 365 days a year – 01837 214004. Please listen to the options and select option 2 for out of hours emergencies. You will then be taken to our out of hours answering service, who will then take your details and pass you to the emergency duty vet. Please make sure you are loud and clear when answering the relevant questions. This will speed up the process of getting you to the duty vet.
